We aim to ensure customer satisfaction and transparency. Refunds are processed according to the following conditions:
Full refund if cancellation is made 7 days or more before the travel date.
50% refund if cancellation is made 3–6 days before the travel date.
No refund if cancellation is made within 48 hours of departure or in case of a “no-show.”
Flights, train tickets, and special event bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
Any government fees or third-party charges are non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
Refunds will be credited through the same payment method used for booking.
