Payments

• Full payment must be received before the start of the tour.

• Jaffaria Travel reserves the right to cancel any booking due to non-payment.

Pricing

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice due to factors like fuel prices, taxes, or hotel tariffs.

• The company is not responsible for price fluctuations caused by third parties.

Responsibilities

• Jaffaria Travel acts as an agent for hotels, transport, and sightseeing operators.

• We are not liable for any loss, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by natural disasters, accidents, or government restrictions.

Customer Conduct

• Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward guides, staff, and local communities.

• Any misconduct may result in cancellation of the trip without a refund.

Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
